Jack the Jack 'O Lantern

Here's what he looks like, per your requests:

Cool, huh?

Steve plans on denying candy to anyone who shows up without a costume, so we may have to resign ourselves to Jack being splattered across our porch by disgruntled, un-costumed teenagers.

We'll enjoy him while we can.

I like your husband's plan! We stopped doing candy altogether because I couldn't handle either the uncostumed teenagers, or the parents with babies demanding candy; and I wasn't strong enough to say no!
Good luck, :)

I am with Steve. I quit giving out candy because of the number of teenagers and adults coming to my door (with no kids). I can't tell if they are teens or adults in costume much of the time, and since Nick is always working, I don't open the door to adults EVER unless I know who they are! Too many creeps out there.

Your husband did an amazing job. He looks so terribly creepy! Somehow much scarier than the claymated version.

This is pure fantastic!

I like his plan to deny costume-less kids candy...

But Steve, pretty please, while you're at it please deny high schoolers candy too. They should NOT be out trick-or-treating! (or wearing costumes to school the last school day before Halloween...)
