I posted it on my facebook page (www.facebook.com/ZumbaWithJenima) in hopes to ease any nervousness some of my students say their friends have about trying it. I am however the "young woman wearing nothing but their sports bras and a smile...never tie their long hair up, instead allowing it to get sweaty and tangled" haha but like you said it's about how it makes you feel so if that makes you feel confident and sexy, and it does for me, I say go for it!
