I have a chair cover on it, but you can still occasionally see the orange. My parents bought it when I was born.Susan Grahamhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09732330135391043032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805504101401683454.post-25960928700639125832009-07-31T20:02:39.842-05:002009-07-31T20:02:39.842-05:00And I need to share that it does my heart good to ...And I need to share that it does my heart good to hear my 2 pro designers both give me the A-OK (enthusiastically, at that) on the chair. I'll hang onto it until I have a room that's up to its demands. The goldish chair is in the corner (where the TV used to be), the couch is against the big wall (under the kids' pictures), the love seat is at an angle against (mainly) the north wall of the house, underneath the bookshelves your dad made, and the green chair is closest to the front door, with the side table in between it and the love seat.

The piano is now in the sunroom--we just moved it yesterday to make room for the china cabinet, which is where it (the piano) used to be, in the dining room. Oh, and yes, that's a new storage ottoman. We still needed something to a) store the kids' books, and b) have for our feet, drinks, etc., so I found that on clearance at Target a couple months back. Whew.

Rae: Did you guys do the upholstery?? If so, any tips?? Was one of the chairs the one Rebecca was showing us at her house? I was standing next to it in their living room. As I remember, it was a chair with good bones and much promise. I like those kinds of chairs.Christinehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11154692504751436022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805504101401683454.post-15991468952697353902009-07-31T18:10:10.108-05:002009-07-31T18:10:10.108-05:00It's great! Where is your piano now that the china cabinet is there? Is that a new storage ottoman in front of the love seat? Is that even your love seat? I must know these things.Janienoreply@blogger.com
